In 1991, Spencer Elden graced the cover of Nirvana's album Nevermind. The album brought alternative rock to a wide mainstream audience and has sold more than 26 million copies worldwide. The image of then four-month old Elden became one of the 90's iconic representation of the generation's style of music.
Spencer Elden then resurfaced in 2003 to appear in another album cover-- The Dragon Experience by Skinny Puppy's singer cEvin Key.
