Just barely two weeks after Lehman Brothers filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on September 15, 2008, another blow on the business sector has erupted as Washington Mutual, Inc. (WaMu) filed for Chapter 11 voluntary bankruptcy on September 26 in Delaware, where it is incorporated.
